1. What is/are the toughest problem/s that the speaker had to deal with and how did the speaker overcome it? 

-The toughest problem that the speaker had to deal with is that he needs to wake up at 4am just to go to work. When he was working at the office he had to deal with public transportation everyday and it was a hustle for office workers. Engineer talked about how he overcame that problem and the first thing he said is that you need to wake up early and leave the house early for us not to be late for work. Another problem is the Pandemic that strikes the whole world due to this covid 19 virus many companies, stores and many more closed due to the pandemic and some of them filed for bankruptcy.

2. What is/are the rewarding aspect/s of his job that you look forward to in the career you have in mind?

• In the book outlier’s success cannot be done in only one step and the speaker said that success is not a happy path, so be prepared. He was working only in the office but as the days went by he studied hard and focused on the course that he wanted to take which is engineering. He was good at painting and math. We all start from the bottom and by working and studying hard we can achieve our dreams and it is worth the wait. Have patience in yourself that you will achieve your dreams. Just like the speaker he was an office worker but as the years went he owned a company and now he can work from home and spend more time with their family.

3. What strategy/ies have you learned from the speaker that will help you in creating the future?

 -The strategies that i’ve learned from the speaker is to find your purpose why?, Forgive your past, Focus on your present, and fuel your future

4. What should you do to prepare yourself for your career in the future?

-In life, have a good plan, just like an engineer, identify your goal, follow your plan and the direction that you set, be vigorous and flexible against challenges along the way, and face the world.
